        Location and compensation:
              Location: Our office is located in Klaipeda, Lithuania.
              It is possible to work remotely, or hybrid, but the candidates who can work from the office are prefered.

              Full time salary range: 1800 - 2500 Eur (gross).
              Your work responsibilities will consist of:
                    As a marketing manager, you will be responsible for supporting the overall marketing efforts of the company and helping to drive its growth and success. Some key responsibilities include:

                    — Developing and implementing marketing strategies:
                    You will be responsible for creating and executing a marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall business goals. This may include defining target markets, identifying key messaging and positioning, and creating campaigns to reach potential customers.

                    — Managing budgets:
                    You will be responsible for managing the marketing budget and ensuring that it is used effectively to achieve the desired results. This may involve tracking expenses and making decisions about where to allocate resources.

                    — Managing all communication channels:
                    Social media channels: 5 LinkedIn company pages, 2 facebook company pages, 1 youtube channel. Next year we plan to start 1 new twitter account, and 1 LinkedIn company page.
                    Email marketing. Webpages (currently 5) as communication channels (posts, pop-ups etc).

                    — Analyzing data:
                    You will be responsible for using data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. This may involve tracking website traffic, analyzing customer behavior, and identifying opportunities to optimize marketing campaigns.

                    — Collaborating with other teams:
                    As the head of marketing, you will work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure that the marketing efforts are aligned with the overall goals of the company.
